Urologists

JainRajat Jain, MD
Dr. Jain is an assistant professor of Urology and treats patients who need surgical treatment for their kidney stones. ​  He also participates in clinical trials and research.  He completed his residency at Indiana University and completed a fellowship in Stone Disease and Advanced Endourology at Cleveland Clinic.  He joined the Stone Center in September 2018.

QuarrierScott Quarrier, MD, MPH

Dr. Quarrier specializes in the surgical treatment of Kidney stones. He completed his urology residency at the University of Rochester and completed a fellowship in Endourology and Stone Disease at the University of Wisconsin. He is actively involved in clinical research in kidney stone disease with a focus on the prevention of stone disease.

JamieJamie Allen McKeown, NP
Jamie Allen McKeown, NP is an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in all aspects of kidney stone treatment and management.  She has been with the Stone Center since August 2014 and is also the head of the growing team of advanced practice providers in the Urology department.

Nephrologists

LevyDavid Levy, DO
Dr. Levy is an assistant professor of clinical medicine in the division of nephrology.  Dr. Levy treats patients with kidney disease and related conditions.  He has a special interest in kidney stones and using a variety of medical and dietary intervention focuses on reducing a patient’s risk of forming kidney stones.  Dr Levy is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.  He is actively involved in multiple scholarly activities and teaches medical students, residents and fellows. 

MonkRebeca Monk, MD
Dr Monk is a Professor of Medicine in the division of nephrology. She went to medical school at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and did her Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology Fellowship at URMC. Dr Monk is chief of Nephrology at Highland Hospital, served as program director of the Nephrology Fellowship for twelve years and is medical director of the Irondequoit Bay Dialysis Center. She enjoys working on kidney stone prevention and also has a great interest in diet and its impact on chronic kidney disease.
