At University of Rochester Medicine’s Wilmot Cancer Institute, our strategic plan defines how we will advance cancer care, research, and education—while improving the health of our community and beyond.

We are focused on one goal: helping people survive and thrive throughout the cancer journey, while accelerating progress toward a future without cancer.

To improve the health of the community we will ignite, catalyze, and amplify our world-class cancer research, academic, and clinical expertise; our ability to innovate; and our collaborative and bold advancements to prevent, detect, treat, control, and defeat cancer.
