We invite you to please join us with a mocktail to toast to the event. Below are the recipes we recommend.

Orange-Lime Mojito Mocktail    
Yield: 12 fl oz/2 servings    
Ingredients:
8 mint leaves (or to taste)
1/3  lime, cut into wedges 
¾ cup orange juice 
¾ cup chilled sparkling water
Ice 
Instructions:
1.    Place mint leaves and lime wedges in the bottom of a 2-cup glass measuring cup or pitcher. Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to crush the mint and lime wedges to release the mint oils and lime juice.
2.    Pour the orange juice and sparkling water on top of the crushed mint and lime.  Stir to blend.
3.    Add ice to 2- 8 oz serving glasses
4.    Pour Orange-Lime Mojito over the ice.
5.    Garnish with an orange slice, lime wedge and mint.  

Hibiscus Pomegranate Cooler           
Yield: 5 cups
Ingredients
5 lemon-hibiscus tea bags (such as "Lemon Zinger")
2 cups boiling water 
2 cups cold water or sparkling water
½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
½  orange, sliced into rounds
3 sprigs fresh mint
Frozen berries, such as blueberries or cranberries
Instructions:
1.    Pour boiling water over the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. 
2.    Remove tea bags.  Pour the tea into a pitcher. Stir in the cold water (or sparkling water) and pomegranate juice.
3.    Add orange slices and mint sprigs.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until well chilled. 
4.    When ready to serve, add the frozen berries to individual.  Pour chilled cooler over frozen fruit, garnish with orange slices and mint.  Serve and enjoy!
