Regular physical activity during and after cancer treatment can have many advantages, even if you need to exercise less than usual or at a lower intensity. It’s important to work with exercise specialists who understand your diagnosis, your treatment and how to tailor an exercise program to meet your needs.
ReNEW Program for Cancer Survivors
At Wilmot, ReNEW — Recharge, Revive, Relax, Nutrition, Exercise, and Wellness — provides research-based, personalized exercise programs for cancer survivors. It is a program of the PEAK Lab, which is part of Wilmot’s Cancer Control and Survivorship program and focuses on research related to all forms of human movement including physical activity.
Yoga and Healing Qigong at Wilmot
