Clinical Trials Coordination Center (CTCC) The Clinical Trials Coordination Center (CTCC) is one of the core research units of the Center for Human Experimental Therapeutics, with over 20 years of experience in the development, management and conduct of human clinical trials. The CTCC has managed over 70 multi-center, international clinical trials. These efforts have led to the FDA approval of five new therapies for patients. In addition, the CTCC has been central in the conduct of novel early phase clinical trials, including non-superiority, futility and selection designs.
