Registration & Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made online with a credit card.
Registration will close on April 24, 2026 (1 week prior to the conference).
An email with details about the conference will be sent to you automatically at the completion of the registration.
Please bookmark this confirmation email, and bring a copy of the email to the registration desk at the event. It will act as your "ticket" for the conference.
Registration Fee
Registration to the conference allows entrance to the conference activities and the laser safety exam.
Lunch will be provided, and coffee and light refreshments will be served during the morning break.
A hands-on workshop is offered for an additional fee. All materials are included.
The deadline to register for the workshop is 4/17/2026.

CE Credit Certificate
Earn up to 9 Continuing Education (CE) credits - 8 CE credits for the main conference, and 1 CE credit for the hands-on workshop.
Please note that the name you enter during registration will be used to prepare your CE credit certificate. Therefore, please register with your full first and last name.
The CE credit certificate will be sent to the email address that was used during the online registration. Please allow about 3 weeks from the end of the conference to prepare and send out the certificates.
Basic Laser Safety Certificate
Proof of Basic Laser Safety training will be included in the CE credit certificate for attendees who fully attend this training and pass the basic laser safety exam. This Basic Laser Safety certificate fulfils the requirement for an annual laser safety training in Eastman Institute for Oral Health, URMC, Rochester, NY.
EIOH RDHs and DAs are welcome to attend the laser education and laser safety exam. If EIOH RDHs’ and DAs’ registration is limited to this section, the certificate will reflect these activities only (separate from the CE credit certificate for the full-day continuous education).
The Basic Laser Safety certificate will be sent to the email address that was used during the online registration. Please note that the name you enter during registration will be used to prepare your Basic Laser Safety certificate. Therefore, please register with your full first and last name.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
- Before January 25, 2026 - 100% refund
- From January 25, 2026 until February 24, 2026 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations received after February 24, 2026
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. A confirmation of registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
