Registration & Payment

Registration Fee

Conference registration allows entrance to the lectures and commercial exhibition. The hands-on workshop requires additional registration and fee. The number of seats in the hands-on workshop is limited. Registration is on a first-come basis.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. Confirmation of your registration will be sent after the receipt of required fees.

Event Check-In

On the day of the conference, please stop by the registration desk to sign in and to receive your registration packet which will include printed materials and a lunch voucher. The registration desk will be located at the entrance to the Farash Auditorium at Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will continue until the beginning of the lectures at 8:30 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed or emailed. Refunds will be granted as follows:

  • Before Feb 16, 2019 - 100% refund 
  • From Feb 16 until Mar 1, 2019 - 50% refund
  • No refund on cancellations received after Mar 1, 2019.
