How to Apply

Applications are submitted through the ADEA Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) web application.

Our PASS program number is ORTHO973.

Applicants must take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) General Test. Use school code 1002 - Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Please do not use code 2948. GRE Subject Tests are not required and do not replace the GRE General Test.

A full list of application requirements can be found on the Eligibility and Admissions Requirements page. This includes a non-refundable application fee payable to the Eastman Institute for Oral Health (separate from the PASS application fee).
