Please enjoy these care packages created and curated to provide arts-based resources for stress reduction. Eastman Performing Arts Medicine is temporarily on pause this summer of 2020 and will resume as the University is able to restart this service to the URMC and the Rochester community.

Normally, Eastman Performing Arts Medicine would bring the arts to the hospital each day. A pianist in the Main Lobby on Mondays, a jazz trio in Cafe 601 at Tuesday lunch, or our harpist in the Family Waiting Room Thursday mornings. Our mission is to support the healthcare environment and healing through the arts. Whether that is through live music, supporting our Music Therapists, or researching the impact of the arts in neuroscience.

While we can't be physically present in hospital during this time, we want to show our support for our healthcare workers, patients, families and community by offering these Digital Care Packages. Curated by members of Eastman Performing Arts Medicine, the Music Therapy team at Golisano Children's Hospital, staff at the Memorial Art Gallery, and staff at UR. Please enjoy these packages of arts-supported relaxation as our gift to you.
