Welcome from the Program Director

We are thrilled that you are interested in our Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship program. We consider it a privilege to be entrusted with your education and training. At URMC, we pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive and collegial fellowship experience. We believe that fellows should have:

1. Graduated independence to master IVF procedures (including egg retrievals and embryo transfers), reproductive surgical skills, and caring for patients through a fellow longitudinal care clinic.
2. Relevant research, educational scholarship, and/or quality improvement training that resonates with the fellow’s interest and career goals.
3. Problem-centered didactics that prepare fellows for the challenges of practice and board examinations.
4. Meaningful involvement in the planning and evaluation of the fellowship curriculum.
