The Roswell Park Fellowship Program offers a long-standing tradition of high-quality didactic courses and lectures designed to enhance fellow education in oncology.
Grand Rounds and Morbidity & Mortality Conferences
In addition to weekly Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) conferences, the program hosts Grand Rounds featuring national leaders in cancer care, providing fellows with exposure to cutting-edge research and clinical practices.
Journal Clubs and Fellow Meetings
Structured topic-based journal clubs, weekly fellow meetings covering career development and mock oral boards, service-based case conferences, and core conferences are integral parts of the educational curriculum.
Core Oncology Curriculum and Research Training
The 2-year core oncology curriculum provides a strong foundation in both basic and clinical sciences. Fellows are also required to attend Scientific Review Committee and Institutional Review Board meetings to gain experience in conducting clinical research.
