Graduates must arrive at Lowry Hall in Eastman Theatre no later than 3:15 p.m.. Weapons detection screening will be in place.

• Check in at the registration table to receive your name card
• Line up by degree (MS, MPH, MA, Advanced Certificate)
• No storage available for handbags or personal items
• Procession lineup begins at 3:45 p.m.

Due to limited seating in Kilbourn Hall, graduates may bring up to four (4) guests.

Guest entrance: Main entrance off Gibbs Street
Doors open: 3:30 p.m.

Weapons detection screening will be in place.

Free parking is available in the East End Garage, accessible from East Main Street, East Avenue, Scio Street, and Swan Street.

Additional parking is available nearby. Gibbs Street will be closed during the ceremony.

Regalia (robe, hood, and cap) is required for all participating graduates.

• Regalia available at Barnes & Noble College Town after April 20
• No items over robes except approved cords or stoles

Graduates will be called to the stage in degree order to receive diploma cases. Diplomas will be mailed following the ceremony.

The ceremony will be live streamed at rochester.edu/commencement.

A reception will follow the ceremony on the patio in front of the Miller Center, across from Eastman Theatre.

A professional photographer will capture diploma and reception photos. An online gallery will be shared in the weeks following the ceremony.

Reserved seating and accommodations are available and must be requested during ceremony registration.
