The University of Rochester MD/PhD Program is proud to be this year's host of the Upstate New York MD/PhD Conference (formerly Tri-Institutional Conference). Pairing with the American Physician Scientist Association (APSA), the conference will also serve as the Annual APSA Northeast Regional Meeting.
What exactly is the Upstate NY Conference/APSA Regional Meeting?
An annual gathering of MD/PhD students from the University of Rochester, SUNY Upstate Medical University, and the University at Buffalo to present research and posters, engage in workshops, hear from renowned physician-scientists and faculty, and gather to discuss common interests in the field of physician-scientists.
Who can attend the meeting?
MD/PhD students and faculty from the University of Rochester, SUNY Upstate Medical University, and the University at Buffalo are typically in attendance. Students and faculty affiliated with the APSA Northeast Region are also invited to attend the day's events, including undergraduate students, current MD/PhD students from other Northeast Institutions, and any other interested individuals.

Abstracts and Poster Session
All participants are encouraged to submit poster abstracts for the poster session(s). Interested participants may submit abstracts in the registration form text box. Abstracts are limited to one per registrant. Please limit abstracts to 300 words, and include title, authors, and affiliations. The abstract deadline is Friday, September 29, 2017.
