All patients are encouraged to wear a mask.

UR Well provides free (Maplewood YMCA, RAWNY, and Asbury) high-quality preventative and health maintenance services to uninsured and under-served families and individuals in an effort to foster the health of the community of Rochester, NY while promoting the spirit of education, social justice, and collaboration. Services include:

  • Physical exams
  • Screening services for disorders such as hypertension and diabetes
  • Ongoing care for chronic conditions
  • PPD testing
  • Work physicals
  • Referrals
  • Health education and preventative medicine
  • Social evaluations to determine patient eligibility for programs like Medicaid

UR Well clinics are run entirely by University of Rochester medical students and provide free (Maplewood YMCA, RAWNY, and Asbury) health care services to uninsured and underserved adults in our Rochester community.
