Register for a NYSDOH Health Commerce System (HCS) Account
 

  • HCS Medical Professions Account
    To enroll using the paperless process you must have a:
    • NYS DMV Driver License or Non-driver Photo ID
    • NYS Education Department registered medical professional license
  • HCS User Account (for non-medical professions)
    To enroll using the paperless process you must have a:
     • NYS DMV Driver License or Non-driver Photo ID
     • Submission by your facility's HPN Coordinator
