Follow these steps to complete the course requirements:

1. View the content using the links: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5. 
2. After viewing the course modules (Parts 1-5), click on the most recent web browser tab titled CME Publisher Portal   
3. Click on “Begin Post Test” for the attestation.
4. Check the attestation, click Submit to the right of the attestation statement and then click Continue at the bottom.
5. You will automatically be directed to the Post Activity Evaluation which you should then complete.
6. Certificate preparation page:        
   • Select the type of credit(s) you are eligible to claim and enter the appropriate number of hours you are claiming in the text box to the right.  
   • Click on “Submit.”   
   • Print your certificate. Certificates are also available for viewing/printing in the Past Certificates section of your account.
