About the Library

The Golisano Children's Hospital Mucci Family Resource Library was founded in 2015 with a generous donation from Marty and Darcy Mucci. Mr. Mucci was President and Chief Executive Officer of Paychex, Inc. from 2010 to 2022. Paychex, its employees, and the Muccis have been longtime supporters of Golisano Children’s Hospital. The Mucci Family Resource Library is operated under the Edward G. Miner Library at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Located on the first floor of the children's hospital, the Mucci Family Resource Library is staffed by a professional librarian and library coordinator who are ready to assist you. The library offers a curated collection of books for all ages—infants through teens—as well as a wide selection of additional learning materials on a variety of medical topics.

All Golisano Children's Hospital patients, family members, and staff are welcome to visit the library during normal operating hours. Please stop in to see how we can help you today!
