Communication, Emotion Regulation, and Frustration in Children with ASD
Honors Project: Brooke Schirmers
Mentor: Loisa Bennetto, PhD
This study will examine the effect of communication abilities on emotion regulation and expressions of frustration in children (aged 5-9 years). This will be done through online parent questionnaires for children with and without ASD, to see if lower communication abilities predict lower emotion regulation and more expressions of frustration.
