Interlibrary Loan
Ordering Articles & Books from Other Libraries
Looking for articles, books, or other items that the Williams Library doesn't own?
You can request books or journal articles through ILLiad, an automated interlibrary loan system from Miner Library.
Highland Hospital physicians and staff can use ILLiad to:
- Have books, or other physical items, sent from any other UR Library
- Request books or journal articles from other libraries outside of the University of Rochester
There is no charge to Highland affiliates for books and journal articles ordered through ILLiad.
To begin submitting interlibrary loan requests, simply complete the Register for an Account form.
It is important to indicate that you are affiliated with Highland when registering in ILLiad.
For assistance with ILLiad, stop by Williams Library during staffed hours, submit a question via Ask A Librarian, or Email ILL at Miner Library.
