Brockport

Strong West brings the services of Strong Memorial Hospital and University of Rochester Medicine to the Brockport area. Located on 156 West Avenue in Brockport, NY, Strong West is based on the former Lakeside Memorial Hospital Campus.  

Since its opening in 2013, the facility’s services have grown quickly, creating a hub of UR Medicine health providers. Strong West offers care from the Ambulatory Surgery Center, Imaging, Labs, Heart and Vascular, Primary Care, Orthopaedics, and the Wilmot Cancer Institute. 

Free parking is available for patients and visitors. 

Off-site Emergency Room

A talented team from Emergency Medicine helped create a first-of-its-kind, off-site Emergency Room. This is a new model of care in New York State.  

When Strong West opened, University of Rochester Medicine prioritized providing emergency coverage for the area to ensure patients who were once cared for at Lakeside had access to vital health care services within their local community. 

Free parking is available for patients and visitors in parking lots B and E.

• Lot B: Primary lot for Patients/Visitors.
• Lot E: Dedicated for Ortho/Imaging patients.
