Finger Lakes Microbiome Symposium (FiLMS) 2023

The Inaugural Finger Lakes Microbiome Symposium (FiLMS) is scheduled for
April 21, 2023.

FiLMS is a student-led conference and our goal is to bring together the microbiome research communities in the Finger Lakes, NY region and surrounding area including academic institutions, medical centers, and industry. With keynote talks, career panels, oral/poster presentations, and networking sessions, there will be many opportunities for attendees to present and discuss their work.

Registration

$30 for all attendees. The registration fee is a donation to help us cover the cost of food, venue, speakers, and awards.

Hotel Accommodations

For out-of-town travelers, we have reserved a hotel block at Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/University & Medical Center that is in walking distance to the conference venue. Please mention us during reservation to get a discounted rate of $144 per night.

Parking

Visitor parking is available at the Hospital Garage and Saunders Visitor lots for $6 per day. Please see map for parking instructions.
