Special Dietary Needs

Food Allergies/Gluten-Free

We have a special menu for patients who have food allergies and one for patients who follow a gluten-free menu. When you are admitted, let your provider know that you have a food allergy. A registered dietitian will be notified and will visit you to discuss and clarify your specific restrictions to ensure that your needs are met.

Special Diets

We accommodate various therapeutic diets including diabetic, limited saturated fat, low sodium and several others as ordered by a provider. We also accommodate diets based on food preference and cultural beliefs including vegetarian and kosher. A dietitian can be contacted if you have other specific dietary needs.
