Dr. Shapiro listen to tentatively to my concerns and provided a thorough examination while explaining treatment options and the necessary diagnostic work to be completed. He's very kind and compassionate.

Dr. Paul Shapiro did not address my history correctly and spoke down to me and cut me off numerous times. [...] He told me that if I won't do what he recommends then I have to go elsewhere for treatment. [...] But he did not want to listen and instead cut me off anytime I tried to speak.

Dr. Shapiro explained thoroughly all my test results from my Emergency Room visit, and explained that I need to have more healing time from my hernia repair surgery.

The dr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he went out of his way to explain to me my issue on a level that I would be able to understand. He listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.

Provider disappeared when I went to bring my wife in for wrap-up part of visit, had to be tracked down by a nurse. [...] But core exam and advice seemed to be appropriate and well done.

Because I was feeling much better [...] MD Interrupted pt while trying to give additional Information. Gave an impression that this appointment was waste of time for him and pt. Even though pt very ill 5-4 weeks prior to this appt and PCP had difficultly with dx [...] PCP searching for reason why this occurred as pt never experienced this before.[...]

This was the best provider seen in a month filled with providers and hospitalizations. The most complete and caring quality of care (caught issues missed by other providers) and went out of the way to ensure quality of care going forward.

Terrible bedside manner. Interrupted. Brushed off questions I asked. Repeatedly looking at his watch. No compassion in explaining test results that were concerning.

The urologist did not inform me of the results of his examination or of any action needed for some urination issues which I indicated on the questionnaire I filled out beforehand. This was the last time I see him because he's retiring. Apparently, I am in good condition, which is encouraging. He did ask if I had any questions, and I could have asked him at this point about the results of my exam.
