Dr. Cox holds the position of Medical Chief and has been a Staff Physician with University Health Service, since August 1997. Dr. Cox is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics in the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Cox received her medical degree from the University of Rochester in 1991 and completed her residency training at Strong Memorial Hospital in 1994. Dr. Cox completed her fellowships in Advanced Biopsychosocial Studies and Adolescent Medicine.
