My goal is to help people navigate surgery and complex medical care in a way that is safe, thoughtful, and aligned with what matters most to them. I focus on optimizing health before procedures, reducing risk, and supporting recovery, particularly for older adults and those with serious illness.

My broader vision is a healthcare system that is effective, person-centered, kind, thorough, and efficient—the kind of care I would want for myself or my loved ones. While we cannot cure every condition, we can always be humane, diligent, and committed to doing what is right for each individual.
