Dr. Penird has been a practicing pediatrician since 1997. After growing up in New Jersey, she graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. She attended the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and moved to Rochester to complete her residency at the University of Rochester. Dr. Penird's professional interests include asthma and other allergic disease.
