"My goal as an experienced ENT specialist is for my patients to have the best quality of care, the resolution they're looking for and to leave knowing what is going on and what needs to be done to achieve their objectives. Ultimately, I know that, as a physician, I'm here for my patients. It isn't the other way around. People need doctors. People need care... and that care needs to be appropriate and effective. For me, this means always putting each person's individual needs first and then committing all my training, skill, knowledge, resources and heartfelt best into helping them. Dr. DeCicco has always managed his schedule so he has the time with a patient to listen and evaluate their concerns. Both my husband and I feel comfortable asking questions and appreciate the fact that he listens and offers options.

Dr. DeCiccio is outstanding. When I messaged Mychart about my issue he answered me personally instead of a nurse. He was able to fit me in for an appointment instead of me having to go to the emergency room. Plus he is such a caring doctor. He is very thorough and personable.

I have used this provider myself and find he is unusual in his attention to detail . To explain this further I first went to another provider in that office . I had a lesion on my tongue that the other Dr barely looked at .said " I don't see anything " My son in law is an ER Dr and he insisted I see another provider.. I saw Dr DeCicco and he did a biopsy . It turned out to be oral cancer .. I trust this Dr to do everything he can to solve health problems

Dr. DeCicco is AWESOME! He's easy to talk to. He listens and is understanding. He gives practical advice and solutions. Dr. DeCicco is available anytime to help. He immediately established rapport with my son, engages directly with him at appointments and recognized when my son became anxious and was supportive.

Total waste of time. The two Drs that did the hearing exam were wonderful. I felt like Dr. DeCicco had better ways that he'd rather spend his time than meet with me.

All the care providers I saw were very good in including me in conversations and explaining what was going to happen or may happen. It helped significantly with the hearing exam, and I thouroughly appreciated it. This office was amazing in all aspects of their care for me and I will absolutely be recommending them to other in the future if needed.

Dr. DeCicco gives the illusion of listening to you. But, he talks so much and so fast that, in the end you realize, he hasn't really provided any suggestions or help. He is hyper and his speech seems nervous and pressured. [...] He spat out so much information that, in the end, left me with no help. This provider's office is now 50 miles from my home. He has treated me in the past, but although I have since moved, I chose to make the drive to have him see and evaluate my current situation and concerns. I have that much respect and faith in him, his treatment, concern, willingness to listen, and bedside manner!

Dr. DeCicco is the best! He did my sinus surgery in Sept. 2021 and this was my post-op visit. Everything was fine. He remembered everything about me, too! It was definitely worth the trip to Geneva to have him as my ENT physician. I will highly recommend him to family and friends who need an ENT doctor.
