Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent provider. He listened to my concerns, addressed them and was honest with me about the uncertainty in next steps until further imaging.

Dr. Gonzalez allowed me to KEEP my Cochlear implant on during my entire surgical procedure this added to my level of confidence. According to the 3 manufacturers of cochlear implants this has NEVER happened before. I was treated as an ordinary HEARING patient. This meant the world to me. I was part of what was happening not just a lump of human being being operated on!!!

Excellent care and concern for a potentially scary diagnosis

May 31, 2023

Dr. Gonzalez is a superb doctor.

Mar 21, 2023

Dr Gonzalez appeared to be very competent. I trust his judgment.

Most excellent!

Jan 25, 2023

I was not prepared for what to expect during the procedure like pain.

Jan 19, 2023

Until he manages his time and commitments better, I will not use his services or recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Gonzalez is top notch. He is worth the waiting room wait. Someone as talented, thorough and caring as he is can and should take time with this patients and he does.

Dec 14, 2022

Dr. Gonzalez answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He was pleasant and re-assuring with the surgery I would need to correct my problem.

Dec 05, 2022

In reading the visit notes, I read that I stated that my peripheral vision was compromised. I NEVER stated this. I stated that I was aware of my left eye being different. [...] Dr. Gonzales came in and measured my eye/eyebrow areas. Asked if I had any questions. He stated that I would meet with the person to find out is [...] would cover this procedure. Only to find out that they were scheduling surgery. I was not ready to make that decision after no time to process . And remember, I waited over 3 hours for an appointment. I was there at 9:30 am and left close to 1pm! There was no written pamphlet about this surgery, as I did get when I had 2 other surgeries.

Excellent doctor!

Oct 27, 2022

He quickly addressed the stint to the tear duct procedure but no discussion about the chance of him removing my eye due to prior history of malignant cancer in lower lid. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to have the time. I look at liss of my eye as life changing, compassion, even in a small way would have been nice. [...]

Outcome of this elective surgery will depend on my willingness to recommend. Provider seemed rushed in spite of long wait times in waiting room.

Oct 19, 2022

I found this provider to be very knowledgeable but he was condescending and spoke to me in a patronizing manner.

The doctor was fine. [...]

Aug 15, 2022

Although the Provider took the time to answer all my questions, he appeared rushed. This was understandable given the apparent backup in the waiting room. The negative side of feeling the provider appearing rushed is that I left the office wondering if anything had been left out of his pre-op discussions for the sake of shortening my office visit. I have no way of knowing.

Have confidence that I am in good hands.

Jul 27, 2022

Everything was as expected.

He seemed to be in a rush

May 27, 2022

He was more interested in showing me a picture of how much better I looked rather than answering questions

May 22, 2022

I would highly recommend DR. Gonzalez to others both for his skill and his empathic and respectful care

Apr 30, 2022

Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, genuine

Apr 29, 2022

The provider asked very few questions, they didn't have my info readily available when my appt began and I feel he recommendation was made very quickly for me to see a specialist when I had this surgery 18 yrs ago.

Mar 18, 2022

Very thorough

Mar 16, 2022

Doctor was great about explaining my particular issue and how to be rid of it, but didn't tell me possible risks associated with the minor procedure required....likely not many risks but would like to know these things prior to procedure date. Otherwise the doctor was fantastic and I'd gladly see him again!!
