The Cleft and Craniofacial program has developed regional and national attention for excellent clinical outcomes and research, as well as a reputation for individualized care and a family focus.
Dr. Morrison grew up in Kentucky, graduating first in his class and summa cum laude from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He then completed a combined residency program in general surgery and plastic surgery at Brown University in Providence, RI. Following completion of his plastic surgery education, Dr. Morrison elected to pursue additional training to gain further expertise in craniomaxillofacial surgery, comprehensive cleft surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery. He then joined the Seattle Children's Hospital/University of Washington Harborview Medical Center Cleft and Craniofacial Team for a clinical fellowship and faculty appointment as clinical instructor in plastic surgery, gaining comfort in treating even the most complex of patients.
Dr. Morrison brings expertise in all aspects of craniomaxillofacial surgery, including; cleft lip and palate, craniosynostosis and other cranial anomalies, jaw surgery, complex facial trauma, as well as comprehensive pediatric plastic surgery.
He is a proud father to three daughters, who keep him on his toes and smiling.
