Dr. Patel has clinical expertise in all aspects of general pediatric gastroenterology including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), failure to thrive, feeding and swallowing disorders, allergic gastroenteritis including milk and soy protein allergy, eosinophilic esophagitis, diarrhea, constipation, celiac disease, recurrent abdominal pain of childhood, lactose and fructose intolerance, pancreatic disease and liver disease. Dr. Patel's areas of special interests include inflammatory bowel disease, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy as well as wireless capsule endoscopy. Dr. Patel is committed to providing excellent patient care in all areas of pediatric gastroenterology.

The provider had already reviewed my medical history prior to meeting, which I appreciated. I would have liked more of an explanation of the next steps in my treatment plan. The provider did review it with me, but it was at the very end when they were leaving the room.
