Professional Experience:
5/2011 to present: Wilmot Cancer Center: Full time nurse practitioner in the genitourinary multidisciplinary clinic and melanoma/sarcoma clinic working collaboratively with attending physicians, nurses in the clinical and infusion areas and support staff. Prescribe chemotherapy, monitor tolerance and efficacy of treatments, management of side effects, and provide follow up care to patients with GU malignancies, melanoma and sarcoma patients.

7/2009 to 4/2011: Visiting Nurse Service Of Rochester: Full time Nurse practitioner for the hospice and palliative care programs providing education and clinical support/co-visits for both teams. Provide management/oversight for the palliative care nurses as their direct supervisor. Responsibilities also include on-call coverage/rounding on the inpatient hospice unit (Leo Center for Caring at St Ann's Community.) Began inpatient position as a per diem NP 1/2009 before transitioning to fulltime 7/2009. Per diem role is ongoing.

10/2002 to 6/2009: Fingerlakes Hematology and Oncology – Full time Nurse
Practitioner in outpatient cancer center/private practice.

5/1998 to 10/2002: Fingerlakes Community Cancer Center – Full time Nurse Practitioner in outpatient cancer center at Clifton Springs Hospital.

1/1996 to 4/1998: University of Rochester Bone Marrow Transplant Program – Full time level V Nurse Practitioner. Continued in this role on a per diem basis monthly until 2/2010.
