Julie Leo was the best, she was bright, attentive, thorough, friendly, an active listener, and extremely professional with confidence, yet humble. She was knowledgeable and shared her knowledge with me which put my mind at ease. She had a professional appearance and was on time, yet always humble and friendly. She is a superb professional, one who can immediately evoke trust through the warmth and care she effortlessly exudes while simultaneously focusing on the clinical aspects of the follow-up visit. She is an excellent PA. She had a bright smile and a positive presence. She was prompt, and efficient, and glided through my numerous questions with ease, every one of them! I have met with Julie Anne many times through the years and she's always been great. At this visit, I brought up concerns about my blood sugar levels and she told me to go to my PCP. I told her that my PCP asked me to discuss with her back in June and while she acknowledged that it's frustrating to be bounced back and forth, it wasn't something she could help with. I shared that I feel unwell and that when these episodes happen, I'm sometimes driving and it feels terrible. She just kept saying it was something for my PCP. She also didn't acknowledge the high BP reading from that day or try to retake it. I just felt much more dismissed than normal at this visit.

This was my first time meeting Julie Leo. I was extremely impressed with her. I work closely with several APPs, so I am familiar with their work routine. Mrs. Leo is as polished as an APP can be and she made the visit fun. I told several people afterwards what great experience I had - the perfect combination of excellent care, friendliness, courtesy, a great sense of humor.
