I usually see Stephanie or Dr. Sanderson. They both are wonderful. I never feel rushed and they explain everything so well. I cannot say enough about how great they are and I kind of know because I'm a retired NP. I saw Kim for this visit because I needed to be seen urgently and she was available. Kim was also amazing. She took her time while taking the history and she figured out what happened by carefully asking questions. Then, she involved Dr. Sanderson because he was in the building. I felt so well cared for and that I mattered. Then, to top it off, Stephanie was in the building and she was able to save me a trip by doing my post op visit that was scheduled for 2 days out. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated the care that I received during that visit.

Kim was excellent. I have seen Kim and Meghan before and they are both top-notch. I had a couple follow-up questions via MyChart for Kim, and she was out the day after I was in, so Meghan answered. Their follow-up is great and fast.

My PA Mrs. Fitch was absolutely amazing. We talked about many options and she told me the pros and cons to each option and allowed me to make the decision.

Kim is awesome! She explained everything to me and thankfully she directed me back to my PCP for blood work as she was concerned about the swelling in my knees. She explained the X-rays to me. I did however find out through the blood tests that I in fact have Lyme Disease. She sent me in the best direction and am on antibiotics. Thank you Kim!!

I am so grateful for Kim Fitch and Dr. Maloney. Kim has helped guide me through a lot of issues with both of my shoulders. When I see Kim she explains everything to me clearly, and makes it easy for me to understand. Very glad I found her.

I typically see Meghan for ortho needs. For this particular visit I saw Kim. Even though this was my first, maybe second time seeing Kim, she was so kind and understanding. Her bedside manner was an A+. Since my visit, I sent her a my chart question which she answered almost immediately! Kim really is an example of of healthcare done right!
