The PA that has been treating me for the past several years (Jason Donovan) is excellent. His knowledge of my kidney and urinary tract problems has been discussed in quit detail. I do appreciate that.

Jason was EXCELLENT!!! He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me in terms I could actually understand. I felt very comfortable with him and felt like he really cared and wanted to help me. I didn't feel rushed or stupid when I asked questions.

This is the best appointment I have ever had with a care provider ever. I wish I switched over to Jason Donovan years ago. My life and health would probably be much better right now. His ability to break down lab results and explain the reasons for ordering and his concerns was amazing and helpful. I am very happy with Jason and my relationship with Strong will remain as long as he is my care provider

I travel 50 minutes [...] to Batavia to see Jason Donovan. He is by far the best physician I know. There little dogmatic about him and he speaks to me as a person whom he cares about. Please give him the best raise possible. I am a health care provider too and this opinion is not given out easily. It's based on many observations regarding his communication skills, attentiveness, and response to questions and needs. Thank you

Jason Donovan is excellent! Very insightful, knowledgeable, polite, and easy to listen to. He is great at discussing all treatment alternatives. He is willing to listen to his patients and includes them in decision making. He does not try to force additional prescriptions that may be unnecessary.

Jason took care of me 3 years for a kidney stone. This visit was a check up. Also discussed cream I was using. He explained in detail why I had surgery. Before I had pain. Proactive. This is why I would highly recommend Jason. I could have sought another UofR provider closer to where I now live, but I wanted to see him. Worth the distance to drive.

Jason Donovan is a CPA but to me he seems just as knowledgeable, if not more so, than a MD. He is not only very knowledgeable about his specialty, he is kind, caring, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He explains everything very thoroughly. I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to anyone and everyone who needs to see a urologist. Much thanks to U.R Medicine for providing me with such a competent urologist.
