Bill Gruhn was extremely caring and professional. I had been with another practice for four months without any relief. Bill said he would get to the bottom of my problem and he did. I had an MRI scheduled within 5 days and Bill called the day after to explain the results and schedule me for spinal injection 3 days later. Extremely pleased not only with the care I received but with the speed in which it was all handled.
