The provider was very cold and rough with my care. [...]. She also advised she would put a cast on me and said I could go back to work. Once the cast was placed I advised I would not be able to work and instead of the provider coming back to discuss this, she sent the nurse back to advise I would have to talk to my primary care provider. I left the office confused and was not able to ask the provider any questions.

Provider was excellent! After my visit, she encouraged me to go to physical therapy on the first floor as they might've been able to see me same day and they did! Huge win. Grace the tech that took me to imaging was very kind and Kyle, who was the imaging technician was outstanding! Very personable and funny.
