Responsibilities include direct patient care and oversight of the Advanced Practice Providers (APP's) in multiple clinical sites. Primary clinic support for the division chair, Dr. Larissa Temple. Support and direct the APP's to maintain professional and productive outpatient clinics. Implement cross training of APP coverage, a primary goal to establish full access to clinic sites.
2016-2017 Transitional Care Manager- Department of Internal Medicine.
The role of the Transitional Care APN is designed to collaborate with the Strong Internal Medicine clinic interdisciplinary team to focus on the goals of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. The primary goal is to reduce hospital readmissions. This three pronged approach includes in-patient, clinic and home visits.
2009-2016 Adult Nurse Practitioner- Division of Colorectal Surgery. Care provider for all in-patients on the Colorectal Service. Responsibilities include daily assessment of surgical postoperative patients. Care coordination and discharge planning, with special focus on Ostomy care and training for patients, families and nursing staff.

Responsibilities include management of all aspects of outpatient care. Evaluation of new patients, assessment and coordination of treatment plans, including preoperative testing, discussion of testing results, and coordination of referrals.
