Laurie is a Nurse Anesthetist from Rochester, NY. She attended The University at Buffalo School of Nursing for both her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees. She has been employed by URMC since she graduated from her nurse anesthesia program in December of 2007. Laurie is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists. She has a special interest in ambulatory anesthesia as well as pediatric anesthesia.

In her free time, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband Craig and their 3 children Ashley, Tyler, and Isabella. Much of her spare time is spent taking her children to their favorite activities which include dance (tap, ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical and Irish) as well as hockey and soccer.
