Daniel C. Oppenheimer, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Daniel C. Oppenheimer, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He currently serves as Division Head of Remote Radiology and is a member of the Abdominal Imaging Division. Dr. Oppenheimer graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2011. He then completed internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Oppenheimer then received fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis before returning to URMC as faculty in 2017. An active member of the RSNA, ARRS, SAR, SRU and ASER, Dr. Oppenheimer has lectured on various topics in diagnostic radiology nationally. Dr. Oppenheimer's teaching, research and mentorship skills are a valuable addition to the Department of Imaging Sciences and the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program.
