About Me

Dr. Salib received her B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in International Development at McGill University and later received her M.D. from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine. She completed her combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency training at the University of Rochester. She wo...
Dr. Salib received her B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in International Development at McGill University and later received her M.D. from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine. She completed her combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency training at the University of Rochester. She works as an academic Med-Peds hospitalist, providing care for hospitalized adults at Highland Hospital and hospitalized children at Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Salib's academic interests include medical education, faculty development and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the clinical setting. She is an Associate Director for the Internal Medicine Clerkship for third year medical students. She is Highland Hospital's Department of Medicine DEI Champion. In this role, she works on health equity quality improvement, faculty development and educational initiatives that focus on DEI.
