We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website. I believe The woman I saw was a PA. She was not friendly, was rude and condescending. (An example) She asked me about a procedure I supposedly had done over ten years ago. I told her I could not remember from ten years ago. She responded with, why not, I can remember things from ten years ago. That was just one of a few Snide remarks she made. She also made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. So I told her so, after that she did not want to speak to me and more or less ended the visit.

During previous appointments I have felt like she talked at me not with me. This time was a little better and I felt a bit more included in the discussion

Shawna was extremely good. She was very good at going through all the information on my problem making recommendations. She listened to me and we agreed on a course of action. The subject is makes me very anxious and she was very compassionate and understanding. I would give her a recommendation to others
