I have never come across in all my years a medical professional who was willing to spend time talking to me and listening to my concerns. When patients are truly heard, care becomes safer, more accurate, and more humane. The level of attentiveness and compassion I received felt almost unreal compared to typical visits. I am deeply grateful. I have had countless scanns and ultrasounds over the years, but no one has ever sat down, opened them up, and explained them to me the way she did. It was an eye-opening and deeply appreciated experience.

NP Ruggieri is better than I could ever have imagined. She immediately set my mind at ease with her calm demeanor. And she probably saved my life by thoroughly following your procedures to discover a serious kidney stone problem.

Provider was outstanding. I had a fall experience. Some urinary changes. Provider quickly grasped my concerns about other issues in urinary system might have been effected also! I am impressed!!!! She ordered ultra sound to make sure changes have not happened. That is true intervention/prevention following body fall.

This nurse practitioner is very experienced and knowledgeable. She discovered a serious problem that needed attention. This problem had almost no symptoms that would point to my problem. She also fixed the relatively minor problem that was the original complaint by changing a prescription and results were apparent within 24 hours.
