Before and during her attendance to Physician Assistant School, Courtney worked at Strong Memorial Hospital providing care as a Respiratory Therapist. After graduating, she held the position of Physician Assistant in the Burn/Trauma ICU of Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
