Erica A. Bostick, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and Adolescent Medicine. Clinically, she specializes in caring for adolescents and young adults in the fields of gender health, eating disorders and sexual/reproductive healthcare. Part of her clinical time is also spent at the Monroe County Sexual Health Clinic, focusing on treatment, prevention and education surrounding sexually transmitted infections. She is on several grants focusing on sexual health education and community engagement, including serving as the New York site PI for the CDC funded HPV-IMPACT project. Additionally, in her role as Assistant Director of Pediatric Patient Engagement, Dr. Bostick is involved in interdisciplinary collaboration for implementing, coordinating, and optimizing the use of patient engagement technologies, specifically MyChart, while representing the unique needs of Golisano Children’s Hospital and Care of Children enterprise-wide. Dr. Bostick has particular interest in preserving adolescent confidentiality within the Electronic Health Record and using patient engagement as a tool for preparing teens who are transitioning from pediatric to adult models of care.
