Dr. Stermer is a true gem. She knows much about many facets of treatment, including exercises for my conditions from weight lifting, strength and physical therapy exercises to yoga suggestions. She is very adept at integrative medicine and understands the various herbs and supplements I take as well as why I take them. She is a true asset to your team.

Both Dr. Stermer and the student with her were wonderful! Dr. Stermer is the 1st doctor I have been with that makes it much easier for me to have patient compliance. I have not been that great of a patient in the past but I feel with Dr. Stermer she listens to me and genuinely cares so I take her care instructions seriously and want to help her help me.

Lindsay was terrific on a prior call in getting my prescription authorized.The nurse who helped me (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was friendly, efficient and considerate.Dr. Stermer is incredibly gifted in her profession. She is the most approachable, informed, and helpful doctor who has ever cared for me. She exemplifies why primary care should be more lucrative for doctors: With care like hers, I feel I can prevent future health concerns.
