Fedkencia was very thorough reviewing my dexascan with me, her explanation of my options, including benefits, possible side effects, length of treatment and cost of treatment. She listened attentively to my questions and concerns and included my input in her recommendations. She also had a kind smile to make me feel welcome and well cared for.

She [...] did not speak loudly. I had to ask her what she said several times. My husband couldn't hear anything she said and I had a struggle. I don't think she had any compassion about my concerns in taking the medicine she proscribed. She was arrogant and pushy. .

Ms. Anis was wonderful! She listened carefully and had read my detailed history before we met. When I had questions, she answered me clearly, explaining statistical concepts in a way I could understand. She also gave me hard copies of relevant information to reinforce what we had discussed. I was very happy with her manner and skill; this was our first meeting and I'm delighted to be her patient.
