Cortni is the easiest provider I've ever communicated with. If I express a concern, she's proactive in finding a solution. She doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy or that my concerns are invalid. She looks into other solutions and guides me to other resources, providers, etc. when she needs to. I recommend her to everyone.

My daughter, the patient, is on the autism spectrum, so I accompany her to all medical appointments. Cortni always directs her attention and discussion to my daughter and is very patient and thorough helping her answer and ask questions. At appropriate intervals Cortni will pause and ask me if I have any questions or input, but she empowers my daughter to maximize her control of the situation. This is greatly appreciated by both of us.
