Hard to have a large discussion regarding treatments as this was my initial intake appointment, but he was extremely well understanding and took major care in listening and asking questions to clarify what I was saying/asking. He was well rounded in knowledge, and even took time to discuss and listen with my mom (attending the appointment as well).
