Lauren is amazing. Dr Meloni is good too, but my whole life most other doctors seem so awkward, bored, judgmental, distant, unhappy, unconcerned, unknowledgeable, rushed, and sometimes somewhat creepy. I've had many doctors say "any questions?" But the look on their face says "don't you dare waste my time with any stupid questions." Lauren is the complete opposite and her advice was very useful!!! She listens and thoughtfully responds. She seems to genuinely want to help me be in good health. She talks about nutrition and exercise very knowledgeably, whereas I always hear about how doctors don't usually study nutrition. I felt like she had taken the time to understand my history and my health goals. She provides such great explanations of the things she recommends. She's just very knowledgeable and professional as well as down to earth and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The only constructive criticism I have is I came in thinking I had one condition, but was told through a one sentence description on MyChart that it was something different had medication had been ordered. Because it was just one sentence, I felt very uncertain with the diagnosis and had to call back and speak to the on call nurse to answer my several questions I still had remaining. So I wish I would have received a phone call or more information after my diagnosis.
