She always gives me final say where I can feel in control. She gives me information to help me made medical decisions. She explains things in a manner that helps me gain a deeper understanding of the situation(s) at hand. My PA Is kind, soft spoken, KNOWLEDGEABLE and non judgmental. I appreciate her a great deal.

Kayla is fantastic. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and really listens to me. Explains things well. She actually helped save my life. She was the one who picked on EKG That I had an issue and sent me to Cardiologist who was also fantastic. Ended up with a stent in my LAD artery for a blockage. [...] It was Kayla who saw it and realized something was wrong not right. She did another and still was not right. Sent me to cardiologist. I might be here if not for her.

PA Kayla did not do as thorough exam as I hoped for. [...] I came in because of severe cramping. I'm diabetic and she didn't mention that, neuropathy or anything. [...] On the plus side she was VERY thorough in regards to blood work. She mycharted me the day following with some ideas about weekly injection but had not discussed with my PCP. DISAPPOINTED

The PA that I worked with was INCREDIBLY helpful, caring, and respectful. She wasn't exactly sure what was going on with me, which is why she wasn't able to give a full diagnosis/treatment plan (and she told me to set up another visit if another flare happened), but she did everything that I would have hoped/expected from her!
